The Yoga Experience

Breaking all limitations and be one with all

Yes, that is the ultimate aim of Yoga! To be able to live a heart-centered life in sweet harmony with yourself, your fellow human beings,

and all the unseen forces of nature.

Have yoga mostly been practices on a yoga mat so far? Are you curious about the broader and deeper aspects of yoga?

DAILY SCHEDULE
(*subject to changes)

Wake up with the early morning sunrise and start the day with a nourishing practice of your choice – a vitalizing yoga class, a silent sitting,

singing meditation or soft toning with your own voice.

Follow the flow from your morning practice into the outdoor serving area where breakfast is served as a beautiful buffet.

Every day after breakfast there will be an “all camp gathering” where we all meet, set the intention for the day, chant together, and create a great group connection.

From there we move into the most active part of the day with a variety of parallel activities before and after lunch where you get the chance to deepen your practice, attend a lecture or perhaps you take a ‘time-out’ from the activities offered and spend some time on your own.

After dinner, the evening offers a chance to simply rest or take part in the activities, attend a concert or sound healing, the possibility to meet a friend at the café or enjoy the flames at the fire-pit.

Once per day, everybody meets in their sharing groups. Sharing is one of the core practices at Ängsbacka and a beautiful way to integrate your experiences of the day, connect with yourself and the people in your group.

YOGIC FOOD

To get the most out of your experience, we offer yogic vegetarian food cooked by passionate chefs. They will pick the finest veggies to make tasty stews, creamy soups and

colorful woks that make both your body and taste buds vibrate with pleasure.

The yogic food is inspired by Ayurveda and provides lots of energy, without being too heavy. Vegan alternatives and raw salads will also be available during mealtimes.
