The Sama Yoga Teacher training involves a full understanding of Yoga, not only on the mat, but as a way of living that gives harmony, balance and joy in your life. From 20 years of teaching experience we have collected the most valuable teachings and insights that can not be learnt merely from reading or from the internet. This course will transform you into a confident teacher with depth behind your words.
Suitable both if you wish to teach, or just deepen your own practice and understanding of Yoga.

Where: We will stay at Villa Söderåsen, Röstånga, south Sweden, the village where Sky and I now live. The venue is like a fairy tale place next to a National park. A few min walk into the forest there’s a fresh spring water lake, all surrounded by ravines and majestic trees. It’s so beautiful.
The yoga classes will be in Röstångagården, 7 min walk through the village to the street where we live!
It’s 1hr drive from Copenhagen airport. There’s a train from inside the airport, change to bus and it takes you all the way to the venue.
