Staying with a Sadhana

I’ve seen so many people fail to stay with a commitment they’ve made to themselves only because they didn’t know how to set it up for success, often leaving them with less self esteem and less weaker power.

 

Through my years as a life coach, yoga teacher trainer and engineer I have found what are the key things to ask yourself and do before you make a commitment in order to succeed and see it through all the way. Simple things that doesn’t take much time, but that make all the difference in the outcome.

 

In this online workshop I will share with You a step-by-step guide that you can use now and in the future whenever you want to start a new commitment/habit/sadhana and benefit more, with less effort. I will also share valuable experience as well as psychological and yogic knowledge that helps you set it up for success so you can reach your goals.

In order to integrate the workshop and your goals into a deep resolution, we will meet again after 6 weeks to evaluate, discuss and learn from the experience.

You can join live, but also use the recordings at a time that suits you, as many times as you wish. Please note that the possibility to discuss with me and the group is only available during the live online sessions. THE WORKSHOP April 6th

 9.00 - 13.30 (9.00am - 1.30pm)
·      Introduction
·      1,5hr Yoga & meditation - to remove stress & tension and get in touch with Yourself on a deeper level so that you have space to listen inside
·      Informative talk with all the info you need

13.30 - 15.00 (1.30 - 3.00pm)
·      1,5hr Lunch break with time to reflect alone, write answers to yourself to all the “set it up for success” – questions

15.00 – 17.00 (3-5pm)
·      Possibility to discuss with others and with me
·      Puja - ceremony to set your intention in a conscious way with prayers for a smooth manifestation

  

INTEGRATION SESSION May 11th

·      9.00 - 11.00 reflect and evaluate workshop with further insights - what have you learnt?



Meet your teachers:

Sanna is a Life coach, Yoga teacher trainer, meditation lover and engineer who also has experience in sports competition. She teaches with clarity and passion and has a special skill to help her students feel safe and heart-connected so they can receive and assimilate what is being shared.

Sanna will guide all classes except the yoga session

 

Sky will teach the Yoga class. He is a master of leading deep classes in a poetic way that brings you both inner relaxation and physical vigour in sweet balance.
