Sky and Sanna will teach Sama Yoga in Söderåsen National park, behind Villa Söderåsen, a few dates in July, see list below.

Time: 8-9am

Drop-in, everyone is welcome

Bring your own Yoga mat and use the toilet on the parking behind ICA if you need.

The classes are donation based. We're very grateful for your donation, but it's also ok to come free if that feels in order.

There will be someone teaching every morning the whole July, what a gift! More info here.

Classes are cancelled if it rains, this will be posted in the Facebook event if that happens.
